The Waldorf Salad



Make your own delicious dressing with low-fat buttermilk, or if you're away from home, lighten the richer salad-bar version by adding a dash of lemon juice or vinegar.


  • 2 cups bibb lettuce
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sliced celery
  • 3 ounces grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted whole almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Buttermilk Dressing
