1 c apricot nectar, chilled
1 peach and 1 c yogurt
1 Tbsp frozen lemonade concentrate (opt)
½ c club soda, chilled
1. COMBINE the banana, apricot, peach, yogurt, and lemonade concentrate. Process for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
2. STIR in the club soda and serve immediately.
