Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

There are actually so many different versions of this smoothie. Both strawberry and banana fruits are the favourite ones really! Bu I use these ingredients all the time:

1 cup quartered strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup  yogurt (or 1 cup milk)
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
